• Vehicle information — license plates of the vehicles you add
• Booking and payment records — dates, times, outlets, and amounts
• Approximate location — only when you search for nearby outlets
• Device token — for sending booking and loyalty notifications

Why

We use this data to:

• Run your bookings and process payments
• Manage your loyalty account and rewards
• Send you booking confirmations and updates
• Pay outlets for completed services

Sign in with Google

When you use Continue with Google, we receive your Google account's email, name, and a unique Google ID. We use only these three items to create or sign you into your Myshovroom account. We never post to your Google account or read any other information from it.

Sharing

Your data is shared only as necessary:

• The outlet you book sees your vehicle plate, name, and phone number
• Payment processing is handled by toyyibPay
• We never sell your data to third parties

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@myshovroom.com.
